In recognition of the importance of food and drink to the cultural identity of Greater New Orleans and beyond, SoFAB Media, the Jefferson Parish Library, and Jefferson Parish Television (JPTV) have partnered to produce CULINARY LEGACIES. Each episode documents the life and thoughts of a culinary legend and is filmed before a live audience. Food and drink luminaries whose work has made a lasting impact on the region's culinary culture treat viewers to an in-depth and entertaining interview. The show airs on JPTV and streams worldwide on the SoFAB Institute and Jefferson Parish websites.
